Thekua

Thekua is a traditional sweet snack from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh, especially popular during Chhath Puja. Made from whole wheat, jaggery, grated coconut, and ghee, it's shaped into decorative discs and deep fried until golden and crispy.
