Shipping Charges

• Order above Rs. 499: Free Shipping
• Order below Rs. 499: Rs. 100 shipping charges apply.

Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days                                                                                                                                                                                                  Other Cities: 5-7 business days                                                                                                                                                                                                  Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary during festivals or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or sms. You can track your order in real time through your account dashboard.

Packaging

We use food grade, eco friendly packaging to ensure your snacks arrive fresh and intact. Each package is carefully sealed to maintain freshness.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:                                                                                                                                                      

• Our courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
• You'll be contacted via phone / sms
• After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
• Refund will be processed as per our return policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

You can return products withing 3 days of delivery if:

• Product received is damaged or spoiled.
• Wrong product was delivered.
• Package was tampered with during transit.
• Quality issue with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after 3 days
• Products consumed or opened (Unless quality issue)
• Products without original packaging 
• Custom/ Personalized gift hampers.

How to initiate a Return

• Provide us order number and reason for return.
• Share photos of the damaged/ incorrect product.
• Our team will verify and approve the return within 24 hours.
• Return pickup will be arranged (free of charge)

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (Please provide bank details)
• You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed.

Replacement Option

If you prefer replacement instead of refund, we'll send fresh products at no extra cost.

Damaged/ Missing Items

If you package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us immediately with photos
• We'll arrange replacement or refund without return.
